A day in your life as a Money Processing Teller ....


Under the supervision of the Manager, this position is responsible for processing incoming customer deposit bags and outgoing change orders received via Armored Car, ensuring accuracy and providing quality service. Must adhere to department standard safety requirements.
In addition, this position is responsible for demonstrating the Excellence in Sales/Service (ESS) philosophy by participating in and practicing ESS disciplines and behaviors. 

We’ll give you these important responsibilities…


Receives/verifies/balances/prepares deposits/change orders received via Armored Car from customers and branches in accordance to established processing and security procedures.
Assists in business unit’s compliance with all regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act, as applicable.
Lifts up to 50 pounds and stands for extended periods of time.
Works flexible hours, including weekends. Must wear steel-toed shoes.
Balances a cash truck and adheres to cash handling guidelines.
Provides team support, assists department in meeting daily deadlines. May provide assistance in various areas within departments.
Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.


This position requires use of a personal computer, PC Teller, Customer Information System (CIS), check imprinter and other standard office equipment (typewriter, fax, copier, calculator, telephone). Also uses various department equipment (sealing devices, pallet jacks, flatbeds/wagons, currency/coin counter, postage meter).

 High school diploma, G. E. D. or equivalent work experience. 

General banking exposure 

One year money processing experience 

Ability to independently operate required equipment after initial training period 

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time 

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends 

Must wear steel-toed shoes
