A day in your life as a Private Bank Experience Coordinator

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this position is responsible for assisting with managing the marketing & branding, talent acquisition & development, and with ensuring the seamless delivery of products and solutions to all clients within The Private Bank. The position is also responsible for coordinating and supporting clients and in Signature Service Team related activities. This position will manage the Private Bank internal website, collateral, gifts, training and other support materials to serve clients and officers.  If applicable or appropriate, assists in business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.


We’ll give you these important responsibilities…

  • Develops, plans, researches and manages project plans for The Private Bank client experience strategies.  Assists with defining the project scope, timing and deliverables.  Manages strategy project development from beginning to end. Tracks results and evaluates progress and timeliness.  Updates status reports and conducts status meetings as necessary.  Oversees The Private Bank experience workflow process, contents design and delivery, including but not limited to client journey mapping, project deliverables, client issues evaluation and recommendations. 
  • Manages The Private Bank internal website, collateral, gifts, training, presentation and other support materials for the department. Maintains a strong relationship with business partners and obtains deliverables from other areas as needed. Light interaction with sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure our website, collateral and other communications accurately reflect our Private Bank brand.
  • Manages The Private Bank Learning Series, Online Learning Library, New Hire program, Client Onboarding Program, and Division Meeting.  Serves as a liaison with division teams to help define problems and objectives and to guide with the development of The Private Bank experience execution plans and programs. Maintains market and industry intelligence on current and future trends and best practices. Plans, evaluates and consults with business units and external vendors as appropriate on additional client experience tools or needs.
  • Participates in cross-functional task forces. Keeps track of department inventory and assists on special projects as needed. Assists manager with creating presentation, calendar management, and specail project management.
  • Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.



  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, customer service, education, communications or equivalent work experience. 
  • Banking/financial services industry experience preferred. 
  • Prior process improvement/project management experience also preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar software.
  • Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems. 
  • Must have experience using Adobe, as well as demonstrated knowledge of print production management. 
  • Experience with other graphics applications, image management software, or SharePoint is desired, but not required.

  • Must possess a global/organizational perspective, the ability to manage multiple and complex projects/processes. 
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Must also have good facilitation/presentation skills; project management skills; customer negotiations/needs assessment skills; problem solving and decision making abilities. 
  • Must be able to identify areas of client experience improvements/needs in the organization. 
  • Requires the ability to work with all levels of management to build partnerships and enhance relationships. 
  • Possesses leadership skills. 
  • Must be able to provide own transportation or to operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license, and commute as required. 
  • Travels by air as required. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary or assigned.
